Meet Our Design Lead
Dorothy is an NCIDQ-certified Interior Designer with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She joined the Group of Companies in 2019 as part of Mill-Right’s design team before becoming Design Lead at rcs in 2021.
Having worked for CORE Architects in Toronto in the early 2000s, Dorothy developed a passion for commercial, hospitality, and retail design that continues to grow. Her expertise spans interior design, estimating, shop drawings, programming, and project management. She also plays an integral role in business development, prioritizing strong client relationships and exceptional project experiences.
A mother of two young girls, Dorothy spends her free time with family, enjoying game nights featuring Mario Kart, Monopoly, and UNO.
